About the Ask Source HealingTM Technique
If you knew that that you could simply ask source for healing and guidance would you not just ask.
The focus of the Ask Source HealingTM Technique is to connect you to source/spirit, that resides within you and to assist you to communicate with it to receive your own guidance from higher wisdom. This self healing method was also developed to know that you can simply ask source to heal anything conscious or unconscious in you. The truth is that we’re all able to tune in because divinity, source energy, spirit is in us. We are essentially a soul, having a human experience with a physical body. We are spiritual beings and our body is our vehicle. We are here to learn, grow and move forward. We are not alone and source/spirit is within us. Higher consciousness, the god of your understanding knows everything about us, including our life plan and purpose. We can connect to this part of ourselves by going within tuning in and asking. When we tune into our subconscious mind and lower our brain frequency to the alpha and theta levels we are able to tap into Higher Consciousness. Once we tune in and practice being in this state we can access it at will and receive guidance from our intuition. In turn this builds trust, faith in a higher power which runs through us and has our back.
Connecting to Source/Spirit for mental wellbeing
Deep down we are all seeking a deeper transcendent relationship that we can connect to and rely upon. Our soul knows this to be true and yearns for it because it is one of the main purposes of humanity here on earth. We are here to bring our true essence as spirit here on earth and be who we truly are; a unique fractal of God having a human experience. For too long we have mostly functioned by relying on our conditioned mind and negative ego. The Ask Source HealingTM Technique helps you to reconnect to the part of yourself that is connected to spirit, dialogue with it and ask it for healing using your intention and power to choose.
What does a session using the Ask Source HealingTM Technique look like?
Sessions are goal based. My role is to guide and facilitate the process for you and use my own inner guidance and intuition to assist you if you get stuck. You get to tune into all the information and data related to what you need to clear and understand. We work on the root cause of the issue, including any choices made there and at any other ages and how those choices are affecting you in present time. We make a new choice and bring it forward to present time. Once we have done as much conscious work as we can we then ask source to heal and transform whatever else is in the unconscious, such as in the ancestral line, in your energetic body and to deal with any other emotions, thoughts and beliefs that may still need to be cleared, including anything else known or unknown. Kinesiology, body testing may also be used to confirm what is received and the direction the healing needs to take. Once cleared we then ask source to help us take inspired action on our desired outcome,

I offer classes where you learn how to connect and ask your intuition questions. You will learn and practice how to receive, understand and discern the messages you receive from source and get to practice tuning in and asking for healing.
